The St. Regis Mexico City Hotel, Mexico City

I had an exceptional experience at the St Regis! The rooms were impressively spacious and luxurious, complemented by excellent amenities and stunning natural light. Service was top-notch—everyone was warm and accommodating. While the location is convenient for getting around Mexico City, it's important to note that the immediate surroundings are more commercial. The breakfast buffet was incredible, but it would have been nice to have a few more dining options at other times of the day. Overall, I can't wait to return!

My stay at the St. Regis was absolutely memorable. The hotel offers a luxurious experience with beautifully appointed rooms and attentive service, especially from the butlers. I did experience some traffic noise at times, which was a minor downside, but overall it was a great experience that captured the essence of Mexico City elegantly.

The incredible service from every staff member truly set this hotel apart, and the dining options were delectable. However, the butler service was almost overwhelming at times, and one of our tours didn't meet expectations. Nevertheless, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall.

However, I was disappointed by the musty smell in the room and the lack of proper ventilation, which affected my comfort during the stay. The dining experience had room for improvement, as some meals were underwhelming and service issues arose during my visit.
